Laser Quest FAQ’s

Customers please can you ensure that ALL of the people attending your party arrive at the Centre AT LEAST 10 MINUTES BEFORE YOUR PARTY IS DUE TO COMMENCE. We are extremely busy on Saturdays and Sundays, therefore any late arrivals may not be able to participate in the game session as we must keep to time to prevent delays for other customer’s parties. Please be aware refunds will not be given.

Laser Quest emails your booking confirmation to you. Sometimes you may not receive it. When you arrive you need to check in at mission control; every player must choose a game name before receiving a special access key. You will then be instructed to enter the airlock where you will have the game objectives and safety rules explained to you by a staff member. Once you have been briefed and kitted up its then time to enter the arena and let battle commence!

This package proves to be very popular. It consists of two 20 minute game sessions of Laser Quest with a twenty minute drinks break in between. On completion of the second game you will be shown to your party area where the children will be given party bags and a choice of hot meal from the Burger King kids menu. Please see our Birthday Packages Page for more details. This package lasts one hour forty minutes from start to finish. Please be aware that unless you have booked an Exclusive Birthday Party Adventure, your party will be playing with other groups of a similar age.

Because of the nature of the game and size of the equipment, Laser Quest is not deemed suitable for children under the age of 7.

Each game session lasts 20 minutes, which includes 5 minutes briefing time.

Laser Quest is completely safe; players are briefed on the safety rules, and Laser Quest staff members are on hand to supervise the games. Any parents who are concerned about the safety are welcome to assist in supervising the game.

Booking is easy, simply click here and follow the online instructions or give us a call. A 50% deposit is required when booking. Players are advised to arrive 15 minutes before your game session is due to start.

We understand that organising a party can be stressful, so we try to be as flexible as possible. We recommend booking for what you think will be your maximum number of children and then keep us posted on any changes. We would ideally like final numbers at least 24 hours before the day of the party.

You are welcome to leave your belongings in the briefing room whilst playing the game, however Laser Quest does not accept any responsibility for lost or stolen goods.

Parents are welcome to go in to the arena and watch, just ask a staff member who will be more than happy to show you around. We also have a camera in the arena which displays all the action as it happens in the reception area.

Please observe the game’s safety rules outlined during the briefing. We advise dark, comfortable clothes and flat shoes with a sole that grips.

We request that all female players avoid wearing heeled or open-toe shoes and ensure that only flat shoes with a sole that grips are worn. Trainers, plimsolls and other similar footwear is recommended.

Parking is available right outside the centre. Valley Centertainment has extensive parking.

We provide black, Laser Quest branded party bags. Each bag contains a chocolate bar, a bag of Haribo jellys, chew sweet and a lollypop. You are welcome to add any items to the bags. Please speak to a Party Host if you wish to do this.

Pizza / hotdog with fries, Ice cream, cookies & cordial

All you need to bring is a cake, candles and matches. Please give your cake to the Party Host when you arrive so we can keep it safe in our service area. When you are ready to light the candles, let us know and we will prepare the cake for you. Once the candles have been blown out, we can cut the cake into portions in our service area and hand them out to the children or put in the party bags if you wish. Please ask a Party Host to assist you with this if required.
